Improving the lives of rural communities is of utmost importance for CIMB Foundation, and our Community Link program supports Women of Will Malaysia’s organic farm training, where the womenfolk farm and create sustainable food source for villagers of Kampung Bunang and Kampung Seri Menanti in Sook, Sabah.

 

Although still in its infancy, they have successfully harvested brinjal, chili, long beans and pineapples for their families, easing their plight as incomes dipped due to low crude oil prices that has affected economics in rural Malaysia.
