The Foundation's sports pillar emphasises sports development and community level sports.

The Foundation’s main programme for sports is Rakan Sukan Squash, a sponsorship arrangement with the National Sports Council of Malaysia (NSC) and the Squash Rackets Association of Malaysia (SRAM). It forms part of the national core sports programme under the auspices of the NSC. 

The Foundation is also involved in rugby, sponsoring the COBRA Rugby Development Programme. The programme encourages the growth of rugby in Malaysian schools by creating training modules for coaches, setting up coaching clinics in schools and organising school-level tournaments.

The Foundation is also a sponsor of a rising star in tennis, 14-year old Ahmad Deedat Abdul Razak.

In 2008, the Foundation disbursed a total of RM2.4 million for sports.
